FOL Community Involvement
The Friends of the Library donated four bicycles to the Bryan Co Family Expo on 4/2/16. Here is a shot of one of the winners!
The Bryan Co Family Expo provides a fun day for families. There are booths set up with information for families and children. The library has had a booth the past three years and helps spread the word about the programming offered for adults, seniors, and kids.
This event brings the community together for a day of informing and involvement. The local businesses donated over 100 prizes to be given away and the Vice Mayor of Durant, Destry Hawthorne, spoke at the event. This is Smart Start of Southeastern Ok St University’s 9th annual Expo.
